For the first time in Man City’s history, the home kit features the sash ­– the diagonal stripe design made iconic on away days. Paired with the unmistakable Sky Blue and reimagined for the next generation, it’s a connection to our past, a nod to our future, and a reminder that we do things differently here, on and off the pitch.

The process focuses on textile waste as the primary source of material to create new textiles. The recycled material is just as good as new and can be used for recycling again and again without losing quality – making RE:FIBRE a promising and more sustainable long-term solution for recycling polyester textile waste.
