  • Refunds issued if payment has already been charged.

7. Promotions

  • Offers usually apply only to the specific Protech Kit Zone website where they appear.

8. Pre-Orders

  • Funds are pre-authorized at order placement.
  • Payment is captured just before dispatch or personalization.
  • We are not liable for card provider charges.

9. Personalized Items

  • Orders with personalized items cannot be changed or cancelled once validated.
  • Returns accepted only for manufacturer faults.

10. Returns

  • Goods are official and covered by manufacturer warranties.
  • Items must be returned in original condition/packaging within 7 days.
  • No returns for sizing issues — sizing charts are provided for reference.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Statutory rights remain unaffected.
